5. Jay-Z

We all know Jay-Z and Beyonce as an influential couple with a net worth of over $1 billion. Hence, it wouldn’t be a surprise that the Jay-Z is willing to give some extra bucks for a job well done. Jay-Z was seen spending a mouthwatering $250,000 just on champagne during the release party of his 2011 album “Watch the Throne”.

 The album later went to sell millions of copies and won a lot of accolades. However, at the end of the celebration, Jay-Z made sure that each of the staffs joined the party and gave $50,000 tip on his bill. 

6. Charlize Theron

Just like many of us, the veteran Actress, Charlize Theron has a thing for frozen yogurt. On many occasions, she is short on change. In 2014, on heading to Pinkberry, Charlize realized there was no cash on her to pay for her chocolate hazelnut. Then, she asked the staff if it’s possible for her to get the cash and come back. They agreed and surprisingly, she came back after an hour with a $100 bill. To show her appreciation for their patience, Charlize told them to keep the change, leading to a $96.25 tip. 

7. Barack Obama

When it comes to giving tips, former president Barack Obama is surely not missing no matter the career choice. He proved this during his trip to a Rochester deli titled Magnolia’s in 2013. Barack’s bill which simply included the meal of his Secret Service men resulted in a total of $106.48 plus an automatic gratuity of 20%. However, Obama didn’t stop there but gave added another $30 tip to the bill. This made a total of $52 tip for Barack’s server.
